2019 – Received the Black Congressional Braintrust Achievement Award and was honored at the Nation’s Capital

2017 – Received the President of the United States Lifetime Achievement Award from President Barrack Obama for her lifelong commitment to building a stronger nation through volunteer service

2017 – Received the State of Georgia Governor’s Award by Governor Nathan Deal and appointed to his committee as Lieutenant Colonel, Aide De Camp Governor’s Staff

2017 – Received Proclamation from the CEO of Dekalb County, Michael Thurmond, declaring March 19, 2017 Dr. Tincie Lynch Day

2016 – Served as the first woman Convention Chair of the Disabled American Veterans in 85 years of the organization’s inception

2015 – De-escalator of the Year Award – Certified Crisis Intervention Course Instructor –Assisted VA Police (with law enforcement in the community) & VA Health Care System

2014 – Elected as the first Female District Commander of the Disabled American Veterans, responsible for oversight of 29 Chapters in the Northeast District
