Teach, Preach & Train Leaders to take Authority

Dr. Tincie M. Zellars-Lynch

Dr. Tincie Marie Lynch, a woman gifted and called by God to preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and minister to those who are lost, wounded, weary, and broken, is the former pastor and founder of Second Chance Powerhouse of Deliverance Ministry. She is a dynamic motivational speaker, powerful preacher, author, tireless teacher, and loyal friend. She has preached the Gospel over twenty-five years and is the author of “Let’s Pray”, a self-help book for those desiring to understand prayer in the simplest form.

Dr. Lynch changed the name of the ministry, after God had instructed her to close the doors of the physical church and the falling away of the saints after three and one half (3 1/2) years of excellent service. In her obedience and answering God’s call, she moved forward with T. M. Lynch Prayer Outreach Ministries Inc., under the Honorable Apostle William T. Cherry of Christ Transforming Ministries, Prince Georges, Virginia. This ministry would allow Dr. Lynch to minister in many different facets of ministry. In the Princes Georges, VA area is where she serves as the servant leader of the Veteran, homeless, and women populations, as well as, other ministries that require training in leadership, teaching and preaching, covering those she serves by praying the unadulterated word of God. She is locally affiliated with World Changers Ministry International in Atlanta, GA, under the leadership and teaching of Dr. Creflo Dollar.

Dr. Lynch is a native of Alexandria, VA and the wife of SSG (Ret) Anthony Lynch. Dr. Lynch has her BS in Biblical Studies from Jacksonville Theological Seminary and has two Honorary Doctoral Degrees in Humanitarian. She is the mother of three beautiful daughters; Latonya, Katrina, and Chantel, and an amazing son, Jermaine. She is the grandmother of Zaneishia, Ishmael, Jakia, Amorie, Aston, and Jermaine, Jr. Dr. Lynch is the great grandmother of four (4) and she is the niece of the late Mr. Eugene Williams, Negro League Baseball legend, who at one time worked, side-by-side, with her in serving the community.

After 30 years of combined federal services in the United States Army and the Veterans Health Administration, she retired in December 2020. She is forever grateful for the time served in the military and as a dedicated employee.

Noon Day Lunch Prayer

Dr. Lynch is the founder of the Noon Day Lunch Prayer, which was birthed in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. Since prayer is always a powerful part of her ministry, she sprang into action, after hearing the Lord speak to her, to go forward. During this time, Dr. Lynch was experiencing challenges on her job. After returning to work, she was concerned if she would be able to continue the Noon Day Prayer Line. But the Lord allowed her to continue to pray, on the designated days, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This prayer line is still thriving today and you can still join the call, 605.313.5104; Code: 374104 #1, to hear her praying for those calling in for a much needed prayer break. Dr. Lynch believes what she prays and encourages those on the call to believe that Jesus Christ is the source of our supply.
